SteuerBeleg: Receipt Archive

SteuerBeleg is a simple archive for your receipts and invoices — so you can find them again for your tax return or household records.

CAPTURE
• Scan a receipt with the camera or import a photo or PDF
• Merchant, date and total are read on-device — you review and confirm
• Category suggestions with Apple Intelligence where available, otherwise by keyword matching
• Remembers your category for similar merchants
• Warns about possible duplicates
• Enter receipts manually without a photo

FIND
• Search by merchant, category or note
• Archive by year and category with totals
• Create your own categories

SHARE
• Share single receipts
• Export the list as CSV or PDF — e.g. for your tax advisor

PRIVATE
• All receipts stay on your iPhone; text recognition runs on-device
• No account, no ads, no analytics
• Optional lock with Face ID or passcode

Note: the app is a filing tool only. It does not calculate taxes or give tax advice. iCloud backup is not available yet — export your receipts before switching devices.
